Returns/Exchanges
Due to the unique quality of hothouse posey work, items may be exchanged for merchandise or shop credit only. Please make your selection(s) carefully.
A 20% restocking fee may be incurred.

Bespoke work
Sale items
Gift certificates
To complete your exchange:
- hothouse posey requires a receipt or proof of purchase (Order confirmation code or gift code issued at time of purchase.)
- Send a note via email request to return your item for exchange or credit. Please do not send your purchase without prior authorization. Send an email to hothouseposey@gmail.com outlining the reason for the return. In the subject notate: Return Request & order number
Exchanges
Items must be in original condition.
hothouse posey will replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. Please notify us of damage within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Send an email to hothouseposey@gmail.com for pre-authorization. Describe in detail the issue. Provide an image, if possible.
Upon receipt and inspection, a merchandise credit will be issued.
** Items without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping
Once approved, return your product, mail it to:
hothouse posey, 111 Perdue Street, Garner North Carolina US 27529.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
When returning merchandise, consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing insurance. hothouse posey is not responsible for undeliverable/misdelivered packages.
